Laser-Cut AR600 Steel Core
Precision laser-cut from American AR600 steel (600-630 BHN) and shaped on custom dies for uniform curvature -- the same process behind the Warden rifle plate's rifle-rated strength, at this 6x6 side-plate size.
Single-Hit Rated: M855 & M193
Single-hit rated at this size to defeat 5.56mm M855 Green Tip (M80 Ball) @ 2,800 fps and 5.56mm M193 @ 2,900 fps -- the same threats tested on the full-size Warden rifle plate. In-house testing also stopped .30-06 165-grain rounds.
Optional Spall Coating
Add a full spall mitigation coat to encapsulate fragmentation on impact, or keep the standard base coat for lighter-weight corrosion protection -- same coating options as the full-size Warden plate.
One Universal 6x6 Fit
Side plates use a single fixed 6x6 flat cut -- no sizing decision needed. Each order includes two plates for full left and right coverage.
