Return and Exchange Policy – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

At Invictus Templar, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, our Tactical Gear Return Policy ensures a fast and simple resolution. We offer a 30-day Return & Refund Policy on most items, giving you the confidence to shop with peace of mind.


General Return Policy

General Products: All non-body armor products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. No restocking fees. No questions asked. If the gear isn’t right for you, just return it in new or like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Body Armor: Additionally, due to the sensitive, life-saving nature of these products, all body armor returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Armor constructed with Ceramic or similar material CANNOT be returned due to the sensitive nature of the product and risk of unseen damage to the strike face after delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in original, unused condition to maintain safety and compliance.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Invictus Templar Support.

2. In your message, indicate:

  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Specific issue(s) with the product
  • Condition of the product
  • Whether you'd like a refund or an exchange, and
  • List the requested replacement item if applicable.

3. Our team will review your submission and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Please note: Our support team is unavailable on weekends and holidays, which may slightly delay the return process.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective Items: If your gear arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping. No fees. No hassle.

All Other Returns: However, if you’re returning a product for any reason other than defect (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.), return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Important Conditions & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

•Items must be returned in new or like-new condition

•Must include original packaging, documentation, and all included accessories

•Products showing damage, misuse, or missing parts may not qualify for refund

We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Our team will inspect your item and determine refund eligibility.

Exclusions to Refund Eligibility

•Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
