Every blend here is whole bean and sold in 12oz bags. Whole bean rather than ground because coffee starts losing what makes it worth drinking the moment it is broken open — grinding at home is the single biggest upgrade most people can make.
The range runs from Warhorse at the medium end through Templar's Oath and Siege Engine Espresso, to Silence at extra dark. Holy Fire is our black and tan blend, and the one to start with if you are not sure.
Roast level is a preference, not a quality ranking. Darker is not stronger — it is less acidic and more bitter, with more of the roast and less of the bean.

Whole bean, in 12oz bags. Grinding immediately before brewing makes a bigger difference to the cup than almost any other variable, which is why we sell it this way.
Honestly? It means coffee from a company that also makes body armor. The beans are good because we buy good beans and roast them properly, not because of anything tactical. We would rather say that than pretend otherwise.
Warhorse if you like a balanced medium, Holy Fire if you want something that works for everyone in the house, Silence if you take it as dark as it comes. Templar's Oath is the middle of the dark end.

I was surprised how good this coffee is. I like it black dark and oily and this pretty much nailed it. Even my ice coffee I make at home i like it as dark as one can before the sugar and milk. Thank you. Support your local VET it does go a long way.
It doesn't matter what type of coffee I make in the morning, these are some of the most delicious beans I've ever had.
