Tactical Gear Lifetime Warranty
At Invictus Templar, we stand behind our gear. Our Tactical Gear Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects on all qualifying products, including tactical belts, accessories, and plate carriers. If your equipment fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll repair or replace it — no questions asked.
Warranty Coverage & Terms
• Manufacturing Defects: Our limited lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product.
• Body Armor Coverage: Body armor purchased through Invictus Templar is protected by our Tactical Gear Lifetime Warranty — covering defects during the product’s valid shelf life. If body armor is damaged in a verified, lawful self-defense situation, we’ll replace it (including plate carrier and trauma pad) at no cost — a police report is required.
• Other Tactical Gear and Products: All other products, including tactical gear and accessories, are also covered under our gear replacement policy – guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects, with the exception of certain items listed under exclusions below.r.
Exclusions
Our product warranty terms do not apply to:
•Expired body armor (that was not recertified)
•Normal wear and tear
•Misuse or improper care
•Lost or stolen items
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate the return process, please:
1. Email Invictus Templar Support.
2. Provide your order number.
3. Upload clear images (jpg or jpeg) of the issue.
4. Include a brief description and your current shipping address.
For claims related to self-defense incidents, attach a copy of the police report.
Processing Time: 2–3 business days. We’ll follow up with next steps.
