Shipping & Handling | Methods & Carriers
Processing Time
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once processed, we send tracking information automatically sent via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
•Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
•Armor Delivery Times & Remote Areas: May take up to 5–7 business days
•Expedited Shipping: Not currently available
Body Armor Shipping Times
Armor often requires additional lead time, depending on stock and manufacturing schedules. Therefore, please refer to individual product pages for the most accurate updates. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days.
Packaging
To protect your privacy and operational security, branded packaging without reference to contents is our standard. Whenever possible, no external labels will reference “body armor,” or other sensitive terms.
However, orders fulfilled by Amazon warehouses may ship in branded boxes or poly mailers without additional outer packaging. These may display our logo or SKU/product identifiers.
⚠️ Important: This does not apply to body armor shipments. Any armor orders are packaged discreetly without external reference or label to contents, regardless of fulfillment method.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
Generally, we do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses when allowed by our fulfillment providers. Unfortunately, body armor cannot be shipped to APO/FPO locations, and PO Boxes must be within states that allow armor ownership if purchasing armor.
Body Armor Shipping Restrictions
Due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship body armor to:
•New York (NY)
•Connecticut (CT)
•Any international address
Tracking & Shipping Issues
Your Tracking Number(s) are sent once your order is assigned a label. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact our team at Support@InvictusTemplar.com — we’ll follow up with the carrier directly on your behalf.
Shipping Insurance
When we are able to offer optional shipping insurance, it will be available at checkout for select items. For high-value orders, insurance is recommended.
Holiday Notice
During major holidays or peak shopping seasons, delays often occur. We strongly recommend ordering early for time-sensitive items, especially body armor or bundles that temporarily and frequently go out of stock.
