Plate size is determined by your torso's width and height, not your overall body weight -- an oversized plate restricts movement, an undersized plate leaves vital areas exposed.

This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product's intended purpose. Ballistic components carry a rated service life independent of this warranty — see the Specifications tab for this product's rated performance period.

Due to the life saving nature of this gear, PE-based body armor sales are final and are ineligible for return.

Agilis is built entirely from UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) -- no steel, no ceramic. At 3.18 lbs per plate, it's roughly the same weight or lighter than comparable AR500/AR600 steel, and its all-polyethylene construction gives it positive buoyancy -- an advantage in wet or dynamic environments where weight savings and mobility matter.
Can Agilis plates ship to my state?
Body armor cannot be shipped to New York or Connecticut, or outside the United States. Some felony convictions may also prohibit the use or ownership of body armor -- please confirm your local laws before ordering.
How do I choose the right Agilis plate size?
Plate size is based on your torso's width and height, not your body weight -- see the Sizing & Fit tab for full measuring instructions. Agilis is available in Small (8" x 10", SAPI cut) and Standard (10" x 12", SAPI or Mobility/Assault cut). Plates are sold individually, so select two (front and back) in your chosen size and cut.
