Our Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services and purchase and use of our products. By accessing or using our website, including purchase of products, you agree to comply with these terms, which include important information about legal disclaimers, liabilities, and your rights as a customer.

Return or Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Non-defective products are eligible for partial refunds, and defective items qualify for full refunds or replacements. For body armor, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

Warranty Claims
Our products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product is defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Please follow the claim process outlined on our website to ensure your warranty is processed quickly and efficiently.

Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.
- After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, the cancellation will follow our Return Policy, and shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping Fees: All orders under $150 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $150 may qualify for free shipping or expedited shipping (this excludes body armor).
- Processing Time: Orders generally take 1-2 business days to process before shipping out. For body armor orders, please refer to the specific lead times listed on the product page if applicable.
- Shipping Restrictions: Due to state restrictions, we do not ship body armor to New York (NY) or Connecticut (CT). Additionally, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Insurance Policy
When offered, we will insure all shipments to ensure your products arrive safely and in good condition. Insurance claims can be submitted under the following conditions:
Eligible Insurance Claims:
- Package Not Delivered: If tracking confirms that the package has not been delivered and is lost or in limbo, and after all reasonable attempts have been made with the carrier, we will authorize an insurance claim.
- Damaged Package: If the package arrives severely damaged, causing damage to the contents, a return of the damaged item(s) is required for an insurance claim to be processed.
- Incorrect Delivery: If the package shows as delivered but was sent to the incorrect address due to a carrier error (confirmed by a trace), we will authorize an insurance claim.
Insurance Claim Exclusions:
- Theft After Delivery: If tracking shows the package was delivered to the correct address, but the recipient claims they did not receive it (i.e., theft after delivery), we will not authorize an insurance claim. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package is delivered to a secure location.
Restricted Products Policy
We strictly comply with state and federal laws regarding the sale of body armor. As such, body armor cannot be shipped to New York (NY) or Connecticut (CT). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before purchasing body armor or tactical gear.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other online payment methods. Transactions are securely processed, and no payment information is stored on our servers.
