Authorized Dealer Status

Approved partners must operate as a registered business and provide a valid resale certificate prior to ordering. Invictus Templar reserves the right to approve or deny dealer access at its discretion.

Minimum Order Requirements

No Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
Dealers may place orders in single-unit quantities to support local sales.

Pricing & Retail Guidance

Dealer pricing is accessible through the authorized dealer portal.
Retail pricing displayed on InvictusTemplar.com represents our current suggested retail pricing.
Dealers retain full discretion over their resale pricing and promotions.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order submission unless alternative terms are approved in writing.
Dealers are responsible for collecting payment directly from their customers prior to placing an order.

Local Delivery

Local delivery to approved partner locations is provided at no additional charge within the standard service area.
Delivery scheduling will be coordinated based on order readiness and availability.

Armor Production & Lead Times

Standard armor lead times are typically 5–7 business days, subject to supplier availability.
Composite armor products are manufactured to order and may require additional production time.
Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Inventory & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability at the time of submission.
Invictus Templar may adjust fulfillment timelines based on manufacturing or supply conditions.

Compliance

Dealers agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale of body armor and tactical equipment.
Dealers are responsible for ensuring products are sold only to eligible customers.

Warranty & Replacement

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
Warranty claims and armor replacement requests must be processed through Invictus Templar.

Partnership Conduct

Invictus Templar reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealer access for misuse of the dealer portal, policy violations, or conduct inconsistent with brand standards
