The Bastion is a complete Level IV armor kit pairing the Invictus Pattern MK I Plate Carrier with Sanctum Level IV (SiC) ceramic plates for maximum rifle protection in a ready-to-wear system.

The Bastion Kit delivers the highest level of ballistic protection in the Invictus Templar lineup, pairing the Invictus Pattern MK I Modular Plate Carrier with Level IV poly-ceramic rifle plates engineered to defeat the most severe rifle threats encountered in real-world defensive scenarios.

Built around a mosaic ceramic strike face composed of Silicone Carbide (SiC) backed by high-performance polyethylene, our Sanctum plates disrupt and erode incoming projectiles while distributing impact energy across multiple ceramic tiles. This design improves multi-hit capability, reduces catastrophic failure compared to monolithic ceramics, and minimizes fragmentation relative to steel armor.

The Invictus Pattern MK I carrier provides a durable, adjustable platform optimized for load distribution, extended wear, and compatibility with modern accessories. Reinforced construction and a scalable fit ensure stability and comfort under armor.

The Bastion Kit is designed for high-risk applications where Level IV protection is non-negotiable, including professional security, preparedness-focused civilians, and fixed-position or contingency defense.

This model complies with NIJ Standard-0101.06 for Ballistic Resistance of Body Armor

NIJ tested Level IV Armor with multi-hit capability stopping up to three rifle rounds of .30 Cal M2 AP at 2,887 fps at 42 feet.

Restrictions:

  • No international shipping, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • Felons may not be eligible to own body armor – check local laws if unsure about ownership

Replacement Policy

If you are shot while wearing our armor, we will replace it free of charge. A valid police report is required to process the replacement.

Free Shipping

We provide free economy shipping for orders over $299.99. Large armor orders, kits, orders otherwise over 30lbs are generally not eligible for free shipping.

Shipping & Handling | Methods & Carriers

Most orders ship using USPS and UPS.  However, in some cases, orders will arrive via FedEx or an Amazon partner carrier depending on the available network and best rates. At this time, customers cannot select their preferred carrier.

Processing Time

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once processed, we send tracking information automatically sent via email.

Body Armor Shipping Times

Armor often requires additional lead time, depending on stock and manufacturing schedules.  Therefore, please refer to individual product pages for the most accurate updates. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days.

Discreet Packaging

To protect your privacy and operational security, plain, unmarked packaging is our standard. Whenever possible, no external labels will reference “body armor,” “tactical gear,” or other sensitive terms.

However, orders fulfilled by Amazon warehouses may ship in branded boxes or poly mailers without additional outer packaging. These may display our logo or SKU/product identifiers.

⚠️ Important: This does not apply to body armor shipments.  Any armor orders are packaged discreetly, regardless of fulfillment method.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

Generally, we do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses when allowed by our fulfillment providers. Unfortunately, body armor cannot be shipped to APO/FPO locations, and PO Boxes must be within states that allow armor ownership if purchasing armor.

Body Armor Shipping Restrictions

Due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship body armor to:

•Any international address

Tracking & Shipping Issues

Your Tracking Number(s) are sent once your order is assigned a label. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact our team at Support@InvictusTemplar.com — we’ll follow up with the carrier directly on your behalf.

Shipping Insurance

When we are able to offer optional shipping insurance, it will be available at checkout for select items. For high-value orders, insurance is recommended.

Holiday Notice

During major holidays or peak shopping seasons, delays often occur. We strongly recommend ordering early for time-sensitive items, especially body armor or bundles that temporarily and frequently go out of stock.
