Silence is our heaviest roast — an extra dark blend built on Sumatra Mandheling, traditionally wet-hulled for a rich, syrupy body and remarkably low acidity, with notes of dark chocolate, cedar, and earthy sweetness. Blended with dark-roasted Guatemalan coffee for cocoa and caramel depth, and rounded out with Peru for balance. The result is smoke, molasses, and bittersweet chocolate in a massive, lingering body — the kind of coffee that ends an argument before it starts.
