The Sanctum Level IV Silicon Carbide Ceramic Rifle Plate is engineered for users who prioritize maximum ballistic protection against the most serious rifle threats without the excessive weight commonly associated with traditional ceramic armor systems. Combining a premium silicon carbide ceramic strike face with an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) composite backing, Sanctum delivers advanced multi-hit rifle protection in a lightweight, stand-alone 10x12 platform.

Designed to defeat armor-piercing rifle threats, Sanctum complies with NIJ 0101.06 Level IV standards and has been tested to stop up to three rounds of .30 Cal M2 AP ammunition at 2,887 fps. The silicon carbide strike face fractures and disrupts incoming projectiles while the composite backing absorbs and disperses residual energy for dependable ballistic performance.

Designed for compatibility with standard 10x12 plate carriers, users may select either a SAPI or Mobility (Assault) cut for plate.  Select two plates for front and back coverage. Our favorite combination is a SAPI plate in the back and Assault cut in the front for enhanced range of motion.

Replacement Policy

If you are shot while wearing our armor, we will replace it free of charge. A valid police report is required to process the replacement.
