Engineered for Advanced Side Protection

The Dominus AR700 Side Plate brings the same enhanced special-threat steel protection as your Dominus rifle plates to your sides. Single-curve, 6x6, spall-coated standard, approximately 2.43 lbs per plate.

Constructed from the same hardened AR700 steel as our Dominus rifle plates, tested to meet and exceed NIJ Level III ballistic standards with enhanced special threat (RF1/RF2) performance. Due to the reduced surface area of a 6x6 side plate, these are rated for single-hit defeat only. The material is capable of withstanding multiple hits, but a plate this size does not reliably support official multi-hit testing, so we do not claim it.

Sold as a set of 2 side plates — one order ships both sides.

Compatibility Note: Sold as plates only. These are not compatible with the Invictus Pattern MK I carrier's stock cummerbund, which does not support mounting a side-plate pouch. A separate side-plate-compatible pouch and cummerbund (sold separately, not included) are required.

Replacement Policy

If you are shot while wearing our armor, we will replace it free of charge. A valid police report is required to process the replacement.
