Engineered for Lightweight Rifle Protection

The Warden AR600 Lightweight Level III+ Steel Rifle Plate is built to provide dependable multi-hit rifle protection in a durable, cost-effective package. Constructed from hardened AR600 steel and weighing approximately 5.8 lbs per plate (mobility cut), they deliver a balance of protection, longevity, and mobility for training, preparedness, and defensive applications.

Tested to meet and exceed NIJ Level III ballistic standards, these plates are capable of defeating common rifle threats including M855 green tip, M193, and M80 ball ammunition. Optional frag mitigation buildup coating is available for additional fragmentation reduction, while the standard base coat provides corrosion and surface protection.

Designed for compatibility with standard 10x12 plate carriers, users may select either a SAPI or Mobility (Assault) cut for plate.  Select two plates for front and back coverage. Our favorite combination is a SAPI plate in the back and Assault cut in the front for enhanced range of motion.

Replacement Policy

If you are shot while wearing our armor, we will replace it free of charge. A valid police report is required to process the replacement.
